Lesson 2 Vocab 12 - Bounce Rateby Matthew A Perosi
This refers to the percentage of people who leave your website immediately after landing on the first page.
Search engines are used by people looking for find an answer. It doesn't matter what the question is, they just need an answer. Will your website answer their question? If not the user will click the Back Button in the browser and select the next potential answer. Bounce Rate is the measure of how many times your website didn't answer someone's question and they left.  Like This Article?
